1. Overview & Organiser
The FaithStride Paid Rome Trip Experience™ (the "Draw") is organised and operated by FaithStride™ ("we", "us", "our"). It is a subscriber appreciation programme designed to celebrate annual Premium members of the FaithStride platform. The Draw is not a lottery, sweepstake, or game of chance in the legal sense of those terms; no purchase beyond an active Annual Premium subscription is required or accepted as an entry mechanism.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for entry into the Draw, a participant must meet all of the following conditions at the time of each draw cycle:
- Hold an active Annual Premium FaithStride subscription with a confirmed payment record.
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher).
- Have a valid travel document (passport or equivalent) sufficient for international travel to Italy at the time of the trip.
- Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a person in any of those roles at FaithStride™ or any of its affiliates.
Subscription status is verified automatically at the point of each draw. Trial subscriptions, free-tier accounts, Basic plan subscribers, and Monthly or Quarterly Premium subscribers do not qualify.
3. Draw Trigger & Frequency
A draw cycle is triggered when the cumulative count of confirmed Annual Premium subscriptions reaches each 5,000-unit milestone (i.e., at 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, and so on). Subscriptions are counted globally across all supported regions. The draw is conducted within 30 calendar days of the milestone being reached.
There is no fixed calendar date for the Draw; timing depends entirely on subscription growth. FaithStride™ will announce upcoming and completed draws via the app, email, and official social channels.
4. Prize
Ten (10) winners are selected per draw cycle. Each winner receives the following fully-sponsored prize package:
- Round-trip economy-class airfare from the winner's nearest international airport to Rome Fiumicino (FCO) or Rome Ciampino (CIA), as determined by FaithStride™.
- Five (5) nights' accommodation in a 3-star or 4-star hotel in Rome, selected by FaithStride™.
- Three (3) meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for the duration of the stay, at venues arranged by FaithStride™.
The prize does not include: travel insurance, visas or visa fees, airport transfers, personal spending money, gratuities, optional excursions, checked baggage fees beyond one standard bag, or any other costs not expressly listed above. Winners are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance at their own expense.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. FaithStride™ reserves the right to substitute an element of the prize with one of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make the stated prize unavailable.
5. Entry Mechanics
Entry into the Draw is automatic and requires no additional action by the subscriber. Holding an active Annual Premium subscription at the time of the draw constitutes a single entry. There is no mechanism to purchase additional entries, increase one's odds, or otherwise gain preferential weighting in the selection process.
6. Winner Selection
Winners are selected by a cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator (CSPRNG) applied to the pool of eligible subscriber IDs at the time the draw is conducted. The selection process is overseen by at least two members of FaithStride™ senior management. Results are logged with timestamps and retained for audit purposes.
FaithStride™ commits to publishing a verifiable summary of each draw (total eligible pool size, selection algorithm, and winner user-ID prefix) within 14 days of the draw date.
7. Winner Notification & Acceptance
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their FaithStride account and via an in-app notification within 7 calendar days of the draw. Winners must respond to confirm acceptance within 21 calendar days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner being selected from the eligible pool.
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and subscription status before the prize is confirmed. FaithStride™ reserves the right to disqualify any winner who cannot provide satisfactory verification.
8. Trip Logistics
The trip date will be proposed by FaithStride™ and communicated to confirmed winners with at least 60 days' notice. Trip dates are subject to flight and accommodation availability. FaithStride™ will make reasonable efforts to accommodate winners' scheduling constraints but cannot guarantee alternative dates. A winner who is unable to travel on the proposed date will forfeit the prize.
Winners are responsible for ensuring their travel documents (passports, visas where applicable) are valid and complete. FaithStride™ will provide a supporting letter for visa applications upon request but accepts no liability for visa refusals.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners grant FaithStride™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their first name, country of residence, likeness, and any photographs or video content taken during the trip for promotional purposes across FaithStride™ platforms, social media, press releases, and marketing materials, without further compensation. Winners who have a specific objection must raise it in writing within 14 days of prize confirmation; FaithStride™ will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.
10. Liability
FaithStride™ accepts no liability for: (a) any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip, howsoever caused; (b) flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines; (c) hotel overbooking or service issues; (d) acts of God, civil unrest, government travel advisories, or other force-majeure events that prevent or disrupt the trip. FaithStride™ recommends all winners purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits FaithStride™'s liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11. General
FaithStride™ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Draw at any time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons, with reasonable notice provided to subscribers where practicable. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FaithStride™ is registered, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
