1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the FaithStride White Label Platform (the “Service”) licensed to Partner Organizations for managing their digital faith networks and analytics. By signing the FaithStride White Label Agreement or using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

Only verified churches, ministries, or faith-based organizations in good standing may use the platform. Each Partner will designate authorized administrators responsible for managing user accounts and content within their network. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Licensing and Intellectual Property

FaithStride grants each Partner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the White Label software under their brand for the duration of the agreement.

All underlying software, design, and analytics systems remain the intellectual property of FaithStride. Partners may not reverse engineer, replicate, or resell the platform without written authorization.

4. Partner Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate data input and lawful collection of member information.

• Obtaining necessary consents from congregants or data subjects.

• Designating data protection representatives where required by law.

• Maintaining confidential login credentials for administrators.

• Complying with all applicable privacy laws within their jurisdiction.

FaithStride will not be liable for breaches arising from a Partner’s failure to fulfil these obligations.

5. FaithStride Responsibilities

FaithStride will:

• Provide hosting, security, and technical maintenance for the White Label platform.

• Implement appropriate data protection and access controls.

• Assist Partners in responding to data subject requests.

• Provide reasonable technical support and system updates.

6. Subscription, Billing and Renewal

Partner Organizations agree to pay the annual or monthly license fees as stipulated in their contract. Non-payment may result in temporary suspension or termination of access. Renewal occurs automatically unless cancelled with written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.

7. Data Ownership and Access

All organizational and member data entered into the platform remains the property of the Partner Organization.

FaithStride acts only as a data processor to host and manage the data on behalf of the Partner.

Upon termination, FaithStride will provide data export options and delete records within a reasonable time frame after confirmation.

8. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information obtained through the relationship, including user data, system architecture, and business plans. Confidential information shall not be shared without prior written consent, except where legally required.

9. Service Availability and Support

FaithStride aims for high availability of the White Label platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Support requests may be submitted via email or dashboard ticketing, and responses will be prioritized according to severity.

10. Termination and Data Return

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice subject to the contract terms.

Upon termination, Partner access will cease and FaithStride will make a final export of data available for a limited period. Afterward, data will be securely deleted from our servers.

11. Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, FaithStride shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the White Label platform.

Each Partner agrees to indemnify FaithStride against claims arising from their own data handling or content.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa unless otherwise specified in the license agreement.

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably and, if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.

13. Modifications

FaithStride may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal or technical changes. Updated versions will be communicated to Partners. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
